Corporate Chauffeurs · United Kingdom
Acceptable use policy
This policy sets out what is and is not acceptable when using corporate-chauffeurs.co.uk, our quote and contact forms and our WhatsApp channel. It forms part of the website terms of use, and it exists to keep our booking channels available for people who genuinely need a journey. It was last reviewed on 27 August 2026.
Section 01
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to everyone who uses the website or contacts us through the channels published on it, whether or not they go on to make a booking. It sits alongside the website terms of use. Breaching this policy is a breach of those terms and may lead to access being restricted.
Section 02
2. Using the site as intended
The website is here so that individuals and organisations can understand the service, check whether we cover their route and ask for a quotation. Reading pages, saving them for reference, sharing links and submitting a genuine enquiry are all fine. Anything that treats the site as a data source, a testing target or a marketing list is not.
Section 03
3. Prohibited activity
The following are not permitted, whether carried out manually or by automated means. This list gives examples rather than an exhaustive definition. Anything unlawful, or anything that damages the site, our reputation or another user, is prohibited whether or not it appears here. Submitting false, misleading or fictitious booking or quotation details Sending unsolicited sales approaches, recruitment pitches or spam through the enquiry forms or WhatsApp Harvesting contact details, prices or content from the site for resale or for a marketing database Impersonating another person, business or organisation, or misrepresenting an affiliation with us Uploading or transmitting anything containing malware, or attempting to probe, scan or breach the site Placing an excessive volume of automated requests that degrades the site for other visitors Posting or sending unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or discriminatory content
Section 04
4. Enquiry and quotation forms
The quote and contact forms are monitored by people who reply personally. Every fictitious enquiry takes time away from someone with a real journey to arrange. Please give accurate details and a contact number that reaches you. If you are comparing options, that is entirely reasonable and worth saying, because it helps us prepare a quotation that is genuinely useful to you.
Section 05
5. Automated access, scraping and reuse of content
Automated collection of content from this site, including systematic scraping of service descriptions, location pages or imagery, is not permitted without written consent. This includes collection for the purpose of training or fine-tuning machine learning models, and reproduction of our copy on another transport website. Standard indexing by mainstream search engines that respects our published crawl rules is permitted.
Section 06
6. Content you send to us
When you send us information about a journey, you confirm that you are entitled to share it, including the details of any other passenger travelling with you. Do not send material you do not have the right to pass on, and do not send full payment card details through any messaging channel. If you need to make a payment, ask and we will confirm the correct method.
Section 07
7. Reviews and public feedback
Honest feedback about a journey is welcome, including criticism. Reviews should describe an experience you actually had with us. Fabricated reviews, reviews posted by or on behalf of a competitor, and reviews that identify a chauffeur or another passenger in a way that could cause them harm are not acceptable and will be reported to the platform concerned.
Section 08
8. Security and interference
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, its databases or any account connected with it, and do not attempt to circumvent security or rate limiting. If you discover a genuine security weakness, please tell us privately through the contact page rather than testing how far it goes or disclosing it publicly. Responsible reports are taken seriously and acted on.
Section 09
9. Conduct on WhatsApp and other messaging
Our WhatsApp number, +44 7775 554848, is a working booking channel. Abusive, threatening or harassing messages are not tolerated and will result in the number being blocked. Please keep messages relevant to a journey or an enquiry. Adding our number to broadcast lists, groups or marketing distributions without permission is a misuse of the channel.
Section 10
10. Consequences of breaching this policy
Where this policy is breached, we may withdraw access to the site, block a number or address, decline to take a booking, or take further steps where the conduct is unlawful. Serious matters, particularly those involving fraud, threats or attempts to compromise the site, may be reported to the police or to the relevant platform, and we may disclose information where we are lawfully required or permitted to do so.
Section 11
11. Reporting misuse
If you receive a message that claims to come from us and does not look right, particularly one asking for payment to unfamiliar details, please tell us before acting on it. Reports can be made through the contact page or on WhatsApp at +44 7775 554848, and formal correspondence can be sent to [To be supplied].
Section 12
12. Changes to this policy
This policy is updated as new forms of misuse appear, and the current edition was last reviewed on 27 August 2026. It is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.

If any part of this document is unclear, raise it before you confirm a booking rather than afterwards. Journey-specific requirements are agreed in the written quotation and confirmation, which take precedence over general guidance on this page.
