Accessibility statement

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. This statement describes the standard we build towards, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us when something does not work for you. It was last reviewed on 27 August 2026.

Section 01

1. Our commitment

Booking a car should not depend on being able to use a mouse, see low-contrast text or read a small label. We treat accessibility as part of building the site rather than as something checked at the end. This statement is written honestly. It describes what we aim for and what we know is imperfect, rather than claiming a level of accessibility we have not verified.

Section 02

2. The standard we work towards

We build this site towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA, which is the standard commonly used to judge whether a website is accessible. We do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA. Parts of the site have not been formally audited against every success criterion, and until they have, claiming conformance would be misleading.

Section 03

3. What we have done so far

The following measures are part of how the site is built and maintained. These are working practices rather than a certification, and they are applied to new pages as they are added. Semantic headings and landmarks so screen reader users can navigate by structure Text alternatives for meaningful images, with decorative imagery hidden from assistive technology Colour contrast checked against the WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds for body text and interface elements Keyboard access to navigation, links, forms and interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator Form fields with associated labels, and error messages that identify the field and explain the problem Layouts that reflow on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged Respect for reduced-motion preferences set in the operating system

Section 04

4. Known limitations

Some areas may not yet meet the standard we are aiming for. Long-form pages such as the legal documents rely heavily on headings for navigation, and some older imagery may have alternative text that is less descriptive than it should be. Embedded third-party content, such as a map, may not be fully accessible, since we do not control how it is built. Where such content carries information you need, we will supply that information another way on request.

Section 05

5. Third-party content

Where the site links to an airport, terminal, venue or mapping provider, the accessibility of that destination is a matter for its operator rather than for us. If you encounter a barrier on a page we link to and it is stopping you arranging a journey, tell us and we will give you the information directly.

Section 06

6. Compatibility with assistive technology

The site is intended to work with current versions of mainstream browsers and with the assistive technologies commonly used alongside them, including screen readers, magnifiers and voice control. Older browsers and older assistive technology may not support everything the site uses. If a specific combination is causing you problems, please tell us which browser, device and assistive technology you are using so we can reproduce it.

Section 07

7. Reporting an accessibility problem

If something on this site is difficult or impossible to use, we want to know. Please describe the page, what you were trying to do and what happened, along with the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using. Reports can be sent on WhatsApp at +44 7775 554848 or through the contact page, and formal correspondence can be sent to [To be supplied]. Reporting a problem never affects your ability to book with us.

Section 08

8. How we respond to reports

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to tell you what we have found once we have looked into it. Where something can be fixed quickly, it is fixed. Where a fix requires more substantial work, we will say so, explain the timescale as best we can, and offer a way for you to get what you needed in the meantime.

Section 09

9. Accessibility of the chauffeur service itself

Website accessibility is only part of the picture. Tell us at the time of booking about any mobility, sensory or medical requirement affecting how a passenger boards, travels or is met, including folding wheelchairs, walking frames, assistance animals and oxygen equipment. We will confirm in writing what can be accommodated for your journey. Where a requirement cannot be met by the vehicle class you have chosen, we will say so plainly rather than leave it to be discovered on the day.

Section 10

10. Alternative ways to arrange a journey

You never have to complete a web form to book with us. WhatsApp on +44 7775 554848 reaches the same team, and a message describing your journey in your own words is entirely sufficient. If a companion, assistant or family member arranges the journey for you, that is fine too. We will take the details from whoever is best placed to give them.

Section 11

11. Testing and review

Accessibility is checked as part of building and updating pages, using a combination of automated checking and manual keyboard and screen reader testing. Automated tools catch only a portion of real accessibility problems, which is why reports from visitors carry a great deal of weight in what gets fixed and in what order.

Section 12

12. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on the basis of our own review of the site and was last reviewed on 27 August 2026. It is updated as pages change and as issues are reported and resolved. It has not been prepared following an independent third-party audit. If that changes, this statement will be updated to say so.
