Please do not make travel decisions on the basis of a general page alone. Tell us what you need and we will confirm in writing what applies to your journey.

3. Prices and availability shown on the site

Any figure shown on the site is indicative and is not an offer. Prices depend on route, timing, vehicle class, duration and the date, and they change. The price for your booking is the one stated in your written quotation and confirmation. Availability is likewise not guaranteed by anything published here, and a vehicle is only reserved once a booking is confirmed.

4. Journey times, distances and coverage

Journey times and distances mentioned on service and location pages are illustrative. Real timings depend on traffic, roadworks, weather, the time of day and conditions at the pick-up and destination. Where a journey is time-critical, tell us so when booking and we will advise a departure time with a realistic margin, based on that specific route and day.

5. Flight, traffic and third-party data

We use flight tracking, traffic and mapping information to plan journeys, and it is supplied by third parties. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We use it in good faith but do not warrant its accuracy, and we are not liable for a decision made in reliance on data of this kind. Terminal and gate information in particular should always be checked with the airport or airline.

6. Third-party links and venues

Links to airports, terminals, rail operators, hotels and venues are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Access restrictions, pick-up rules and opening arrangements at a third-party location are set by its operator and can change without notice to us.

7. Photography and vehicle images

Images on this site illustrate the class and standard of vehicle rather than the specific car that will be allocated to your booking. Model year, colour, interior trim and specification vary within a class. If a particular specification matters to you, raise it before confirming so we can tell you in writing whether it can be met.

8. Testimonials and client references

Where feedback appears on the site, it reflects the experience of the person who gave it on a particular journey. It is not a promise about the outcome of any other journey. We do not publish invented feedback, and we do not present a review as coming from a client who did not give it.

9. Availability of the site

The site is provided as it is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free from omissions in its content.
