Corporate Chauffeurs · United Kingdom

Booking terms and conditions

These booking terms apply to every chauffeur journey we carry out, whether it is a single airport transfer, a day at disposal or an ongoing corporate account. They were last reviewed on 27 August 2026 and should be read alongside our conditions of carriage, payment terms and cancellation policy.

Section 01

1. Scope and the parties

The transport contract is between you, as the person or organisation making the booking, and [To be supplied]. If you book on behalf of someone else, such as an employer, a client or a family member, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them and that you will pass on the parts that affect the travelling passengers, particularly the conditions of carriage.

Section 02

2. How a booking is made and when it becomes binding

Bookings are taken through the quote form, the contact page or WhatsApp on +44 7775 554848. We will confirm the details we have understood, including date, timings, pick-up and destination, vehicle class and passenger numbers. No contract exists until we issue a written confirmation for the journey and you accept it. Until then the vehicle and chauffeur are not reserved, and availability at short notice cannot be assumed. Please read the confirmation carefully and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.

Section 03

3. Quotations and what they include

Quotations are prepared for the specific journey described to us. The written quotation and confirmation state what is included, and any charge that may arise separately is identified there rather than left to be assumed. Where a route, timing or passenger count changes materially from what was quoted, the price may need to be re-confirmed before the journey. We will always tell you in writing before a revised figure applies.

Section 04

4. Information you need to give us

Accurate details make the difference between a smooth pick-up and a missed one. Please tell us everything that affects the journey when you book, and update us if it changes. We rely on the information you provide. Where a delay, failed pick-up or additional charge results from details that were incomplete or incorrect, we cannot accept responsibility for it. Full pick-up address, including building name, entrance or gate where relevant Flight or train number, and whether an arrival is domestic or international Number of passengers, plus the name and mobile number of the lead passenger Quantity and size of luggage, including golf bags, ski equipment, instruments or oversized cases Child seat requirements, with the age, height and weight of each child Any accessibility, mobility or medical requirement affecting the vehicle or the pick-up point

Section 05

5. Vehicles and allocation

We confirm a vehicle class rather than a specific registration. Where the confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable through mechanical failure, accident damage or an overrunning previous journey, we will supply an alternative of the same class or higher wherever possible. Colour, model year and interior trim vary within a class and are not guaranteed. If a particular specification genuinely matters to your booking, tell us before you confirm so we can say in writing whether it can be met.

Section 06

6. Waiting time and meeting points

The allowance of complimentary waiting time and the rate applied beyond it are set out in your written quotation and confirmation. Waiting time runs from the agreed pick-up time, or for a tracked flight from the point at which the allowance is stated to begin. Airport and station meeting arrangements are confirmed in writing before the day. Terminals, private terminals and many venues restrict where a chauffeur may stand or park, and the meeting point we confirm reflects the rules that apply at that location.

Section 07

7. Luggage and capacity

Vehicle capacity is limited by both seats and luggage space, and the two rarely reach their maximum at the same time. A vehicle carrying its full complement of passengers will not also carry a full complement of large cases. Tell us the luggage you are travelling with when you book. If more arrives than was declared and it cannot be carried safely, we may need to arrange an additional vehicle at extra cost or, where that is not possible, decline to carry the excess.

Section 08

8. Changes to a confirmed booking

Amendments are accepted where we can still resource the journey. Send changes through the same channel you booked on so there is a written record, and treat a change as agreed only once we have confirmed it back to you. Significant changes to date, duration, route or vehicle class may be treated as a new booking, in which case the cancellation policy may apply to the original. We will tell you clearly when that is the case before anything is charged.

Section 09

9. Delays and matters outside our control

Chauffeur journeys are planned with sensible contingency, but traffic incidents, road closures, weather, security alerts, industrial action, event overruns and airport congestion can all affect timings. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from a delay outside our reasonable control, such as a missed flight, missed connection or missed meeting. Where a journey is time-critical, say so at the time of booking and we will advise a departure time that builds in a realistic margin.

Section 10

10. Your obligations and those of your passengers

You are responsible for ensuring that everyone travelling under your booking follows our conditions of carriage, including conduct in the vehicle, seat belt use and the rules on alcohol, smoking and prohibited items. Where a passenger causes damage or soiling, or where a chauffeur has to end a journey because of unsafe or abusive behaviour, the consequences set out in the conditions of carriage fall to the person who made the booking.

Section 11

11. Cancellation, payment and refunds

Cancellations, amendments treated as cancellations, no-shows and refunds are dealt with in our cancellation and refund policy. Any sliding scale of charges that applies to your booking is set out in your written confirmation. When payment falls due, how it is taken and what happens with account customers are dealt with in our payment terms. Both documents form part of the contract between us.

Section 12

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for a booking is limited to the price paid for the affected journey, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business opportunity or the cost of replacement travel arranged without reference to us. Licensing, permit and insurance requirements vary by authority and by journey type, and the position for your journey is confirmed on request. Supporting documentation can be requested and will be provided where applicable.

Section 13

13. Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell us as soon as you reasonably can so we can investigate while the details are fresh and the records are still available. Our complaints procedure explains what to include, how a complaint is handled and what to do if you are not satisfied with the outcome.

Section 14

14. Governing law

These booking terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a consumer booking a journey otherwise than in the course of a business.
