These terms of use apply to the website only. They cover browsing, reading our service pages, and using the quotation and contact forms to tell us about a journey you are considering. They are separate from our booking terms and conditions, which govern the transport contract itself and only take effect once a booking has been confirmed in writing. Where the two documents overlap, the booking terms take precedence for anything relating to a confirmed journey.

4. Enquiries and quotations are not bookings

Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message or receiving an indicative figure does not create a booking. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. A journey is only reserved once we have issued a written confirmation for it and you have accepted that confirmation. Vehicle availability, chauffeur allocation and the final price are all settled at that point, not at the point of enquiry.

5. Accuracy of the information published here

We take care to describe our vehicles, service standards and coverage accurately, but the site is written for general guidance. Journey times, distances, route descriptions and airport information change frequently and are illustrative rather than contractual. Anything that matters to your journey should be confirmed in writing before you travel. Our website disclaimer sets out the position on maps, images and third-party data in more detail.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photography, layout, logos and design of this website belong to us or are used under licence. Copying substantial parts of the site, republishing our copy, or reusing our vehicle photography for another transport business is not permitted. You may quote a short extract with a clear credit and a link back to the page it came from. Any other reuse requires written permission, which you can request through the contact page.

7. Links to third-party websites

We link to airports, terminals, rail operators, venues and mapping services where it helps you plan. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of the operator or venue behind it. Please check terminal information, event timings and access restrictions with the relevant provider before relying on them for a journey.

8. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Pages may be withdrawn, restructured or updated without notice, and maintenance may take the site offline temporarily. 9. Our liability to website visitors

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, for business losses such as lost profit, revenue or opportunity, or for loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Liability connected to a confirmed journey is dealt with in the booking terms instead.

10. Suspending access

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, the enquiry forms or our messaging channels where we reasonably believe they are being misused, automated, or used to send abusive or fraudulent content. Where access is withdrawn in error and you tell us, we will review the decision promptly and restore access where appropriate.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site and the service develop. The version published here is the one that applies, and the current edition was last reviewed on 27 August 2026. Changes are not applied retrospectively to a booking that has already been confirmed. Please re-read this page from time to time so you know where you stand.
